The Internet Exposition of Kaohsiung Business Circle invited Mr. Chu of Bei-Hai(North Sea) Hand-made Fish Meat Balls to introduce guests about the manufacturing process of hand-made fish meat balls. He dealt with the raw fish until it became flexible and scrumptious fish meat balls.

seasoning and utensils, the protagonist—fish meat balls—was
packaged in vacuumed, low-tempered plastic bags. So Mr. Chu boiled a
pot of drinking water and then used another pot to boil the fish-bone
broth—which is different with typical method (traditional method
indicated cook to mix the fish meat balls and broth together).
Mr. Chu specifically explained that his method excluded two drawbacks—one was to ensure the fish meat balls
are safe and clean, proving dusts during the making process, the other
was to handle the cooking time accurately. In this fashion, he
guaranteed customers could enjoy the freshest fish meat balls. Mr. Chu’s insistence proved the high-end sense of taste!
As soon as the guests ate milkfish meat balls, the fresh and flexible
taste conquered the taste bud of everyone—different from traditional fish meat balls (usually too inattentive or too inflexible). Mr. Chu emphasized that the proportion of the fish meat balls he made was more than that of traditional ones—a key to be superior to most fish meat balls in markets. Another expert on the spot, Mr. Su, the boss of Hido Café, mentioned
that he had ever been a provider of food material a decade ago. He said

were cut down a great proportion of powder to ensure their quality.
Moreover, its price was pretty economical! Mr. Wu replied with a
beaming smile that his sense of success came from customers’
satisfaction. It was the original intention that he started his
business.
